Tradey offers a twelve (12) month Satisfaction Guarantee beginning on the Activation Date. If at any point during this period the Client believes the software is not meeting expectations, a written refund request may be submitted for review. To be eligible, the Client must maintain an active connection to a supported brokerage or proprietary trading account, allow the software to operate under normal trading conditions, follow all required risk management settings provided during onboarding, and use only permitted adjustments outlined in client materials. The Client is also expected to maintain basic operating conditions, including functional internet, hardware, and platform stability.Manual trade execution, discretionary entries or exits, profit-taking, and temporary pauses of automated execution made in good faith for risk management, safety, or technical reasons are permitted and will not affect eligibility.
To initiate a request, the Client must provide a written explanation of their experience, the account identifier used with the software, and an export of execution logs reflecting trading activity during the applicable period. Tradey may request additional information reasonably necessary to complete the review.
All requests are evaluated based on overall usage of the software, accuracy and completeness of execution records, adherence to onboarding instructions, and whether the system was given a reasonable opportunity to operate as designed. A request will be deemed eligible only if these criteria are satisfied. If approved, refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days. Any refund issued will be net of standard payment processing fees, banking charges, and reasonable administrative costs. Refunds are issued via bank wire to a U.S. account designated by the Client.
The Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to the initial twelve (12) months following the Activation Date and does not renew, reset, or extend for any reason. It applies solely to the original Activation License Fee and may be exercised no more than once. Any refund issued under this section constitutes the Client’s sole and exclusive remedy.
