Tradey LLC develops and licenses proprietary trading software. By accessing, purchasing, or using any of our software, services, or materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.No Financial Advice
Tradey LLC is not a broker, dealer, investment advisor, commodity trading advisor, money manager, or fiduciary. Nothing provided constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All software, data, and information are provided for educational and technological purposes only. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.

Risk Disclosure
Trading financial markets involves a high degree of risk, including the potential loss of all capital. There are no guarantees of profit, performance, funding success, or account outcomes. Any performance data or examples are illustrative only and not indicative of future results.

Account Responsibility
You represent that you are the sole owner and controller of any brokerage or proprietary trading firm account used with the software. You retain full and exclusive control over your accounts, funds, and trading activity at all times. Tradey LLC does not have custody, control, or discretionary authority over your accounts. Any access provided is strictly limited to onboarding or technical support.

License Grant and Restrictions
All software is licensed, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, reverse engineer, or exploit the software in any way. All systems, algorithms, and related materials remain the exclusive intellectual property and trade secrets of Tradey LLC.

Fees and Payments
The Activation License Fee is a one-time fee for access to proprietary systems and is earned upon payment, subject only to the satisfaction guarantee. Credit card payments may include processing fees, which are non-refundable.
An ongoing monthly license fee is required to maintain access and is billed in advance. This fee is non-refundable once charged. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Tradey LLC offers a twelve (12) month satisfaction guarantee beginning on the activation date. During this period, you may submit a written request for a refund of the activation fee if you believe the software has not met your expectations. To be eligible, you must have used the software under standard operating conditions, maintained an active and connected trading account, followed all onboarding instructions, adhered to required risk management settings, and provided the system a reasonable and continuous opportunity to operate as designed.All requests are subject to a good faith review based on usage, adherence to guidelines, and supporting records. You must submit a written request with the trading orders and execution logs. Refunds are issued within thirty days, less processing fees and reasonable administrative costs. This guarantee applies only once and only to the original activation fee.

Technology and Execution Risks
The software relies on third-party systems including brokers, APIs, and data feeds. These systems may experience delays, outages, or failures. Tradey LLC is not responsible for losses, missed trades, execution errors, connectivity issues, or platform failures of any kind.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradey LLC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including trading losses, lost profits, or account disqualification. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradey LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the software, your trading activity, your violation of laws, or your breach of these Terms.

Payments and Chargebacks
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the charges are valid, authorized, and for services rendered. You agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Tradey LLC to seek a resolution. In the event of a dispute, Tradey LLC reserves the right to present this Agreement and any supporting records as evidence that the transaction was properly authorized and agreed upon.

Confidentiality
You agree to keep all proprietary information strictly confidential, including system logic, strategies, and performance data. Unauthorized disclosure or misuse will result in legal action.

Non-Disparagement
You agree that any statements about Tradey LLC must be truthful and made in good faith. False, misleading, or malicious statements intended to harm the business are prohibited.Termination
Tradey LLC may suspend or terminate access at any time for non-payment, breach of terms, misuse, or risk exposure. Upon termination, your license is revoked and all software must be deleted.

Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida. You waive the right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in class actions.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tradey LLC and supersede all prior discussions or representations.Acceptance
